Cooling Moringa Iced Tea (Cold & Energizing)

  • Ingredients:
    • 1/2 tsp moringa powder
    • 1 cup cold water
    • Juice of 1/2 lemon
    • 4-5 mint leaves
    • 1 tsp honey or jaggery syrup (optional)
    • Ice cubes
    Method:
    1. Mix moringa powder with cold water in a jar and stir well.
    2. Add lemon juice, mint leaves, and sweetener (if using).
    3. Shake well or stir until combined.
    4. Pour over ice and enjoy chilled.
