- A fresh, crunchy, and protein-rich salad perfect for a light meal!Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
- ½ cup fresh moringa leaves finely chopped (or 1 tsp moringa powder)
- 1 cup mixed sprouts (moong, chickpeas, etc.)
- ½ cucumber, diced
- 1 small carrot, grated
- ½ tomato, chopped
- 1 tbsp roasted peanuts or sunflower seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle salt, pepper, and chaat masala.
- Toss well and serve immediately.
