Moringa & Sprout Salad

  • A fresh, crunchy, and protein-rich salad perfect for a light meal!Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
    • ½ cup fresh moringa leaves finely chopped (or 1 tsp moringa powder)
    • 1 cup mixed sprouts (moong, chickpeas, etc.)
    • ½ cucumber, diced
    • 1 small carrot, grated
    • ½ tomato, chopped
    • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts or sunflower seeds
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • ½ tsp chaat masala
    • Salt & black pepper to taste
    Method:
    1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
    2. Squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle salt, pepper, and chaat masala.
    3. Toss well and serve immediately.
