Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp moringa powder
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 small cinnamon stick (or 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder)
- 3-4 tulsi (holy basil) leaves (optional)
- Honey to taste
Method:
- Boil water and add ginger, cinnamon, and tulsi leaves.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then strain into a cup.
- Stir in moringa powder and mix well.
- Add honey if desired and enjoy it warm.
