Spiced Moringa Tea (For Warmth & Digestion)

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tsp moringa powder
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 small cinnamon stick (or 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder)
  • 3-4 tulsi (holy basil) leaves (optional)
  • Honey to taste
Method:
  1. Boil water and add ginger, cinnamon, and tulsi leaves.
  2. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then strain into a cup.
  3. Stir in moringa powder and mix well.
  4. Add honey if desired and enjoy it warm.
